emacs-snapshot: now with amd64

Just a quick note: amd64 binary packages of emacs-snapshot are now available on emacs.orebokech.com.

(In related news, it seems that emacs22 packages have been uploaded to experimental so I'll move emacs-snapshot back to the trunk soon.)

Please leave it where it is until emacs22 hits unstable.

I really appreciated your emacs-snapshot packages in Debian. I wish you would reconsider maintaining them in Debian, rather than externally. I have run emacs-snapshot almost since you first released it; I rely on it daily, and it has never failed me. I really look forward to using a unicode-enabled multi-tty Emacs from the trunk. You did an excellent job maintaining it, and I feel certain you would continue to do so. I implore you, please, maintain emacs-snapshot in experimental.

I would prefer if you continued to use the EMACS_22_BASE branch until the emacs22 package is in reasonable shape in Debian (uploaded to unstable, and most add-on packages' dependencies fixed). The trunk might become a bit unstable in the future, and who knows when RMS will finally decide to release Emacs 22.

I found this page while looking for Emacs 22 packages for Etch. You provide AMD64 binaries but only for Sid so I had to build my own. Here are the instructions to get Emacs 22 on Debian Etch. Thanks for your good work. I hope you'll be able to provide AMD64 binaries for Etch soon.
